What rights should students have?
Students should be allowed to have the same equal rights as any other student ; School rights.
Every child who lives in the U.S has the right to a free public education regardless of the child or his/her family’s race, nationality, sex, religion, whether they speak English or not, and immigration status. Every child in California, including non-citizens and undocumented students, has a right to attend a public school in the district where his or her parent reside or a charter school.
Students feel unequal because they are immigrants that come from different contries.
They have the right to have a free and appropriate public education. They have the right to a safe environment free from intolerance or ridicule.They have the right to be treated with respect. The have a right to think their own thoughts,right to freedom from fear and the right to regard their bodies as their own
